Returns
Due to the nature of our business (customized decorated apparel / accesories / promotional items) we are unable to accept any returns. If there is an issue with your order or final product please refer to the Refunds section of the policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are reviewed and determined on a case by case basis by Shops by Green Gorilla along with our client with whom the store is built for and operated on behalf of. If you would like information about or to notify us of your intent to receive a refund please email tatiana@greengorillaprinthouse.com with your Order # and the work REFUND in the subject line. Once your email is received and reviewed along with the our client who we operate the store on behalf of, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our processes and not the manufacturer. Not all damaged items are subject to exchange and will be reviewed and given a course of action or inaction on a case by case basis. Exchanges may be considered for items decorated by but not limited to DTF (Direct To Film) Printing, Vinyl / Heat Transfer and any other form of single application or one-off custom production. Screen Printed items will generally not be exchanged however you may contact us as all Exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Green Gorilla Print House LLC, 7040 Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd #25-87, Loxahatchee FL 33470, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
